Oct 24, 2018 · The pool is created successfully (CloudPool CommitAsync () succeeds) but after creating a job targeted at this pool, and adding a task, when I look at the Pool in Azure Batch, it just stays in Allocation State Resizing and Dedicated Nodes 0 -> 4 for the entire duration of my 10 minute timeout. Should I be waiting longer?
Apr 16, 2012 · I've been having issues to some customers in remote locations download files from the CDN. The Microsoft Azure Suport Engineers seem to think the issue is that the files are not being cached because of the file type. I use an arbirary file type 'ptdb' which is an encrypted binary file, and I cannot change the file format.

Other locations work however, I would like to create an App Service Plan in the East US region. I've experienced this on multiple machines, Operating Systems, and browsers.

Can anybody help me to find out how can we migrate/copy the deployment of azure website to another datacenter? This is the requirement when user wants his website to migrate to another datacenter.
